Its Satin Fulcrum™ pattern has a simple, modern shape with an eye-catching satin finish. Because it's made of 18/10 stainless steel, this knife is more durable and corrosion resistant than 18/0 and 18/8 alternatives. It's comprised of 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel, which gives the knife its superior strength. Comfortable to hold, it has been balanced carefully with a heavyweight feel, and a rest is built in to keep the blade off the table.
