Epicurean 429-171202 17" Pizza Board w/ 12" Round Blade - Paper Composite, Slate

With its 12-inch diameter, the Epicurean 429-171202 pizza board accommodates a medium pizza. Made of slate black paper composite, it can also improve presentation when serving cheese plates, pastries, and charcuterie boards. Its nonporous surface won't harbor bacteria, and it's knife friendly, enabling use as a cutting board. Even though it can withstand temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit, it's not safe for baking in an oven or use in a microwave. For comfortable carrying, a 5-inch handle is built onto the circular board. After use, it can be washed in a dishmachine and stored on a hook with its handle hole. Its ¹⁄₄-inch profile can be stacked with other boards to maximize storage space.
