Epicurean 429-171201 Description
To improve presentation of pizzas, charcuterie boards, and cheese assortments, the Epicurean 429-171201 pizza board is made of durable paper composite and is a natural beige. Its nonporous, stain-resistant surface won't harbor bacteria or dull knives. Though it resists temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit, it shouldn't be used in ovens or microwaves. Its 5-inch handle provides a comfortable grip when transporting food to a table. After use, it can be cleaned in a dishmachine and stored on a hook for hang drying.
