Epicurean 429-001401 Description
With a diameter of 14 inches and height of 1⁄4 inches, the Epicurean 429-001401 pizza board can be used to present large pizzas, cheese plates, and appetizer samplers. Made of paper composite, it has a natural color that looks like wood, but its surface is nonporous and won't harbor bacteria. This material is heat resistant and protects knife blades from dulling. Because the material isn't safe in the microwave or as cookware, it should only be used as a serving tray. It can be washed in a dishmachine, and the built-in hole streamlines hang drying.
