Epicurean 407-271802 Description
The Epicurean 407-271802 pizza peel measures 27 inches long by 18 inches wide by 1⁄4 an inch high and has beveled edges that can slide smoothly beneath a finished pizza crust to remove it from an oven. Its 9-inch handle creates space between the oven and the user's hands, preventing burns. While it withstands temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit, it isn't safe for use in ovens and microwaves. It's made of nonporous, stain-resistant paper composite, enabling it to also be used as a cutting board or for serving pizza to a table. After use, it can be washed in a dishmachine and hung on a storage hook.
