Epicurean 407-221202 Description
Made of paper composite, the Epicurean 407-221202 pizza peel is 1⁄4 an inch high and features beveled edges that can slide beneath a finished pizza crust easily. Its 9-inch handle facilitates inserting and removing a pizza from a deep-deck oven and can help prevent accidental burns. Although it withstands temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit, it shouldn't be used in an oven or microwave. Its surface won't dull knives, enabling use as a cutting board. To streamline cleaning, its nonporous surface won't harbor bacteria, and it can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
