This Spring USA 2271-5 Servella buffet server has a durable, corrosion-resistant, copper-plated stainless steel construction to withstand heavy-duty use. Its chip-, crack-, and flake-resistant aged finish is compatible with a variety of decors. A 4-quart insert comes with this server, and its removable design streamlines cleaning. Inside the server, a printed fill line helps the operator monitor water levels to prevent overflowing. Built-in side handles ease transport, and the lift-off lid can help minimize heat loss throughout serving applications. Great for displaying side items or small entree portions, it measures 19 9⁄10 inches wide by 9 2⁄5 inches deep by 5 2⁄5 inches high.
