Town 47412 Description
Designed for slicing vegetables and boneless meats, the Town 47412 cleaver features a square tip and straight-edge blade that suits precision cuts. Its 7 1⁄4-inch by 3 1⁄4-inch blade is forged of corrosion-resistant 40CR13 stainless steel that holds its edge and sharpens with minimal effort. The full-tang blade and wood handle promote balance and control when cutting. With a natural brown finish, the handle contrasts the polished silver of the steel. This cleaver is part of the Zhang Xiao Quan series and is not dishwasher safe.
