Wolf WSPR1 Description
The Wolf WSPR1 stock pot range has a capacity of 110,000 BTU that delivers enough heat to bring large stockpots to a boil. Heat is provided by two concentric ring-type burners, which are made of cast iron to withstand repeated heating and cooling without becoming brittle, and the unit's grates are also cast iron.
To elevate the unit to a comfortable working height and prevent it from overheating, the Wolf WSPR1 stock pot range is mounted on 12-inch-tall, adjustable legs. For durability and user-friendly cleaning, the range's front and sides are made of stainless steel.
