Equipped with a matching lid for moisture retention and flavor control, the GET CA-008-R/BK/CC Heiss™ braiser pan includes an induction base for compatibility with gas, electric, oven, open flame, and induction heat sources. The pan is dishwasher safe and heat resistant to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed of cast aluminum, it's finished in a chip- and stain-resistant red ceramic enamel with a contrasting black interior. Measuring 12 5⁄8 inches in diameter by 2 7⁄8 inches high, this round pan accommodates 4 quarts during use and 5 quarts when filled to the rim.
