Really needs some cone options

Nice and heavy duty. I do cases of 100ct. oranges and burned through a few of the gear driven units. If only they made some different size perforated cones, as the smaller oranges I like to use for juice don't get full squeezed-wasteful. I thought you could raise the receiver bed, but that's not the case. I end up putting two cones stacked , but messy and not ideal for the price I paid. Add some options!

I would buy it again - did for daughter & sister

Its amassing to read some of the reviews here I have 20 acres of organic citrus and Pomegranates. Yes fruit comes in different sizes and yes the machine needs to be placed so you have a straight line of pressure on it. I have gone from being right handed to left to readjust my force when pressing juice. Also if you half the half'd grapefruit or the pomegranates it works. At least you know where your juice came from. Tangerines just poke the bottom and squeeze two together. Fold over the half of fruit and press again. Its a good work out for your arms. Oh and as you would not do don't leave your fingers in your car door either. It can remove them as well. GREAT JUICER - as life is, adjust the cone so it does not come out, activity will move it just readjust. Like putting up your pants so they don't fall down. Yes I would purchase this product again if needed.

Tried a lot of other products to juice with and this one puts them all to shame. This product gets all the juice from lemons and limes in seconds. I have not tries large fruit but I bought for the lemons and limes. I am very pleased and I would keep hands away from the press when using cause it will hurt your hand if you stick it where the press comes down, but you should know that anyway.

I would NOT buy again this product.

I'm totally disappointed with this product. I tried squeezing oranges, lemons, grapefruits. This product only "presses" the fruit; it does not really squeeze it with a twist, wasting a good amount of juice; a good part of pulp and juice are left out. I was using a $20 electric Black and Decker, but I wanted my life easier with this machine. I'm glad I did not through away my old juicer; it was doing a much better job than this more expensive and less effective machine. I tried to "press" a normal grapefruit; what a disaster; a good part of the pulp and the juice were left on the "pressed" grapefruit. The design is very poor; it tilts forward when you try to press a little harder. The funnel cup is too small for larger fruits, like grapefruits. This product is DANGEROUS! You are warned to keep your fingers out of the cutting strainer cone! I almost cut my finger before I could read the warning in small letters on the handle. Instead of all the warnings, they could make the product safer; the strainer cone should not be as sharp and cutting as it is. DO NOT BUY this product if you have children in the family; you may end up very soon at the emergency room. I wish I could send it back!

Best way to JUICE everything out of your Citrus

We had experienced a similiar, COMMERCIAL juicer at a Vacation Rental in Fort Myers Beach, so we just HAD to HAVE this. No more CRAMPED hands from manuak squuezers, no more pulling out the electric juicer. This does it the BEST and gets ALL the juice from every Lemon, Line, Orange, Grapefruit ~ incredible.

Jupiter (Focus) Juicer

We have had this juicer 7 days now and processed 9 bags of Blood Oranges. It is without a doubt the finest juicer on the market! I have to laugh at people who say that you can't get a tall glass under this unit - you can get a 16oz Pyrex measuring cup underneath it with ease, so if you can't get more than 4 oz of juice at a time it's your own fault. Clean-up is a breeze and takes less than 3 minutes. Removable parts are dishwasher safe, what could be easier. One last word. Several other commenters have complained that the handle will come down unexpectedly and hurt your hands. Seriously? If you are unsure of how to operate this juicer safely (and the instructions clearly state that you are to raise the handle all the way) - you really should not be operating this juicer at all.

Nice, strong juicer

Great juicer. Sturdy and powerful. Would be great if it came with an assortment of juicing cups for lemons and grapefruits.

Quick and Easy juice press

This press is very easy to use and works very smoothly, a very good quality press. The top part of the cup that moves down to press the citrus could be larger so large oranges could be pressed too.

Loving this juicer!!

Great for juicing limes or lemons for anything, plus other citrus. I like the heaviness of it because it will stay in place instead of sliding on the counter when you press down the juicer arm. It tends to dribble juice when you're done, so you have to put something else under the hole to capture it so you don't end up with juice all over the counter.

Great if tyou only want an 8 oz drink

Yes, it will juice a lemon or lime effeciently but the design is flawed. I bought this to make and sell a 24 os clear plastic cup of fresh squeezed citrus juices from a concession stand. I can not get a cup larger then 8 ounces under the strainer to collect the juice. There is little more then 7 inches clearance. If this is strictlly for the casual, occasional, residential juces squeezing customer then this is way over designed and way over priced.

Great Afordable Juicer

I juice two lemons daily for a drink. It is easy to use and clean up is just as easy. The press is sturdy and can juice any citrus fruit. I like it very much.

I would like to see an altenative strainer cone made for larger fruit, one that isn't so narrow at the top, to help squeeze the sides of he fruit better. The current cone devours lemons and limes every time, though. Thanx.
