"The freezer arrived on a pallet with substantial packaging and protection. Shipping took 4 business days to reach rural southern Wisconsin, A great start to my purchase. Once unpacked, no assembly required, casters come mounted to the freezer. It is big and heavy. extremely well built hinges and the top is impressive compared to any other model. We use it for our beef farm. It's filled with boxes of cuts and sausage, thermostat set at 7, (1-8), holding at -11 degrees."
