The Amerikooler QF101277**FBRF-O walk-in freezer can be placed outdoors—a great option for establishments with limited storage space. Although it ships unassembled, its hardware and installation instruction kit and modular wall, ceiling, and floor panels facilitate setup. The panels can be secured together with the corrosion-resistant cam-action locking system, while the compression gaskets establish an airtight seal. While the wall and ceiling panels are laminated with stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant Acrylume®, the floor panels are finished with smooth aluminum. To accommodate regular foot traffic, the floor can support an evenly distributed load of 600 pounds per square foot.

The freezer's 76-inch-tall entrance door is built with spring-assisted super cam-rise hinges and a door closer for smooth opening and closing, and to reduce the chance of the door's seal frosting over, a temperature-controlled heater wire is built into the door. Operators can lock the door's deadbolt keyed handle after business hours, and to enhance user safety, an interior safety release mechanism provides a way to exit the unit if staff become locked inside. An LED light above the door jamb illuminates the storage area, while a digital thermometer displays an easy-to-read LED temperature readout.

The Amerikooler QF101277**FBRF-O indoor walk-in freezer comes with the Heatcraft Bohn BCH0019LBACHA0200-BEL0100BS6EEAB0400 refrigeration unit, which can be installed remotely to save space inside the unit. For best results, it should be installed in ambient temperatures no hotter than 95 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ease setup, it ships prewired and preassembled. This system can produce and maintain a box temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
