This 7-foot-10-inch wide by 9-foot-9 1⁄4-inch-deep by 7-foot-7-inch-tall unit is comprised of modular tongue-and-groove ceiling, wall, and floor panels with a cam-action locking system and compression gaskets to create rigid, airtight joints. Closed-cell, water-resistant AK-XPS4 rigid foam measuring 4 inches thick is permanently bonded to the primed metal surfaces, creating a strong structure and providing a lasting R-29 thermal resistance value. While the wall and ceiling panel interior and exterior sport a stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant Acrylume® finish, the floor panels are made of smooth, 1⁄20-inch-thick aluminum. The flooring can accommodate a uniformly distributed load of 600 pounds per square foot., which is enough to support general foot traffic.
