Designed for outdoor placement, the Amerikooler QC061277**FBSC-O walk-in cooler measures 5 feet 10 5⁄8 inches wide by 11 feet 9 1⁄4inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches tall and features stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant Acrylume® interior and exterior walls. Staff can assemble the wall, ceiling, and floor panels using the included installation kit, and to form rigid, airtight joints, the panels feature compression gaskets and a corrosion-resistant cam-action locking system. To create a structurally rigid panel and retain cool temperatures in warm ambient settings, 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 insulation is permanently bonded to the interior and exterior metal skin.

Staff can access the cooler's interior by opening the 76-inch-tall swing entrance door that self-closes and sits flush against the rest of the unit for a sleek appearance. For a secure, tight close, it comes with a door closer and three-sided magnetic gasket. The door jamb features an LED light fixture, digital thermometer, safety pilot light switch, and conduit between switch box and outlet junction box. If a staff member becomes locked inside the unit, they can safely exit using the deadbolt key handle's safety inside release. Designed to support foot traffic, the 1⁄20-inch-thick aluminum floor is rated to support a uniformly distributed 600 pounds per square foot.

The Amerikooler QC061277**FBSC-O outdoor walk-in cooler includes the Heatcraft PT0078MBTAMSA PRO3 packaged top-mount refrigeration system, which ships fully assembled and wired with a unit cooler and condensing unit to minimize installation time and reduce refrigerant usage. Operators can install this 58-inch-wide by 39-inch-deep by 37 3⁄4-inch-tall condensing unit on top of the overall unit, and this piece of equipment uses R-448A refrigerant to generate and maintain 35 degrees Fahrenheit inside the box. To preserve these temperatures, ambient air shouldn't exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
