The Amerikooler QC081087**NBSC-O outdoor walk-in cooler uses a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with R-448A refrigerant to hold stored products at a steady 35 degrees Fahrenheit. A flush self-closing door fitted with a keyed deadbolt handle helps manage access in exterior environments, while a digital LED thermometer with pilot light switch provides a quick readout of interior conditions. A prewired LED light fixture brightens the cabinet to support visibility during loading and retrieval.
Configured without a floor, the Amerikooler QC081087**NBSC-O walk-in cooler installs on a leveled surface using a vinyl screed base, while its 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 insulation supports stable internal temperatures. The structure is outfitted with a rain roof, door hood, and perimeter angles to help shield against weather exposure, and its interior and exterior panels are finished with 26-gauge stucco embossed Acrylume® to resist corrosion. The cam-action locking mechanisms combined with compression gaskets create tight panel joints, while cam-lift spring-assisted hinges and a door closer guide controlled door movement during repeated use.
