DoughXpress TXW-1620-120 Description
Well suited for Mexican restaurants, the DoughXpress TXW-1620-120 tortilla warmer holds tortillas for 20 seconds at a time on each side, producing a burrito wrapping that is hot and not excessively so. The warmer can heat eight tortillas every 40 seconds, so kitchen staff can meet demand spikes. Using a single calrod, the warmer provides consistent platen heat to ensure each tortilla turns out the same. This warmer is made of stainless steel that holds up well against spatula scraping.
