Supplied with a No. 12 hub, the DoughXpress DXP-PM060 commercial mixer can support any compatible meat grinder or vegetable slicer. Included are the dough hook, wire whip, and flat beater that assist with mashing potatoes, whipping egg whites, and flipping dough. The planetary motion during the mixing process takes place in the 60-quart capacity bowl, which is constructed of durable stainless steel that resists corrosion. The safety guard protects hands during operation, while the hydraulic bowl lift eases removing the bowl and switching between attachable accessories.

For efficient operation, the DoughXpress DXP-PM060 planetary mixer has a gear-driven transmission system that sports four total speed options: 84, 148, 248, and 436 revolutions per minute. Because it has a preset 15-minute timer, this unit offers the potential for multitasking. To abruptly pause its function regardless of pace, it's implemented with an emergency stop button. Overall, it measures 28 inches wide by 41 inches deep by 57 inches tall and is made of metal and die-cast aluminum for additional strength.
