DoughXpress DXM-W Description
The DoughXpress DXM-W manual pizza dough press operates when users pull the handle down while a cam overlock secures the top platen to the pizza dough until the handle is lifted. This upper platen reaches 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature can be adjusted using digital controls. For durability, both platens are made of uncoated aluminum, and the unit's body is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with an attractive white finish. Because the bottom platen swings out, operators can efficiently load and unload pizza dough.
To create a variety of crust types from New York style to traditional Italian, the DoughXpress DXM-W pizza dough press can make paper thin pizzas or pizzas as thick as 7⁄8 inch. Accommodating a range of sizes, the unit can make pizzas as large as 18 inches in diameter. The power button is illuminated so it's convenient to locate, and a heat light turns off when the temperature reaches the user's desired settings.
