DoughXpress DXA-W Air Automatic Pizza Dough Press w/ Uncoated Aluminum Platens, 120 V

The DoughXpress DXA-WH (11244) air-automatic pizza dough press is built with a heated upper platen and an 18-inch-diameter lower platen—both made of uncoated, corrosion-resistant aluminum. Operators can use the LED touchscreen controller to adjust the upper platen's temperature to as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This heated component can accommodate refrigerated or thin dough, activate yeast, minimize shrinkage, and expedite pizza production. For smaller pies, the lower platen can be replaced with a differently sized molds.

With a stainless steel construction and sleek, white powder-coated finish, the DoughXpress DXA-WH (11244) heated dough press boasts a contemporary appearance that resists wear, rust, and corrosion and can be wiped clean with a damp towel. Its 21¹⁄₂-inch-wide by 25-inch-deep by 26¹⁄₂-inch-high structure fits on a compact surfaces and features a swing-out bottom that saves space and makes dough insertion and retrieval simple. To eliminate extensive training requirements and enable flexible service, this unit operates semi-automatically with an air compressor (not included), with easily adjustable time, temperature, and thickness settings. For safe operation, it includes two start buttons, a power button, and an emergency-stop button.
