Bradley S19-2010 Description
The Bradley S19-2010 Navigator® thermostatic mixing valve is designed to supply tempered water to faucets and tepid water to eyewash stations in commercial and industrial safety applications. Built of brass, the assembly combines two thermostatic valves into a single compact unit to reduce under-sink installation space and simplify plumbing integration. A liquid-filled thermostat regulates the eyewash outlet between 65 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit, while a wax-filled thermostat controls faucet outlet temperatures from 95 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Adjustable temperature set points enable customized operation, and integrated check valves on the hot and cold supply inlets help prevent crossflow between water lines. The built-in cold water bypass on the eyewash outlet maintains cold water flow if hot water is interrupted, while positive hot water shutoff activates if the cold supply is lost.
Factory assembled and tested, the Bradley S19-2010 mixing valve incorporates dirt- and lime-resistant internal components to support long-term performance in demanding wash station environments. The valve can be mounted in any orientation and includes 1⁄2-inch NPT inlet and outlet connections along with a 3⁄8-inch compression fitting for faucet installation. Separate outlets provide tempered water delivery to the faucet and tepid water delivery to the eyewash station, supporting combination emergency wash setups beneath sinks and laboratory fixtures.
