Constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel tubing with a 1 1⁄2-inch outside diameter, this straight grab bar measures 42 inches long and features a mandrel-bent design that maintains a uniform diameter across the bar. Concealed mounting flanges are covered by one-piece drawn escutcheons that snap into place to hide mounting screws and create a streamlined appearance. This grab bar uses welded intermediate supports and bent tubing ends joined directly through the flanges to strengthen the assembly, while the return design maintains 1 1⁄2 inches of wall clearance for hand placement. Exposed welds are ground and polished to blend with the architectural peened finish, and the unit is rated to support up to 250 pounds when installed on reinforced walls.
