The American Panel AP7BCF70-2-P HURRiCHiLL™ reach-in blast chiller/shock freezer's, R290-powered, bottom-mounted system defrosts automatically and includes a 7-inch LCD touchscreen to simplify cycle management. Designed for rapid batch processing, it pulls 70 pounds of food from 160 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 minutes. A heated food probe logs temperature data for accurate HACCP record keeping, while the A La Carte and quick start functions deliver immediate activation and focused chilling.
Made of stainless steel, the American Panel AP7BCF70-2-P self-contained blast chiller/shock freezer prevents warping and scratches through constant handling. Its 32 5⁄16-inch-wide by 41 1⁄8-inch-deep by 57 1⁄16-inch-high frame sits on 6-inch adjustable legs for comfortable loading and retrieval. Lined with dense polyurethane to boost thermal retention, the cabinet enables steady holding after each cycle and accommodates (14) 12-inch by 20-inch or seven 18-inch by 26-inch pans.
