The Cangshan Cutlery 504333 KURO five-piece knife block set brings together essential knives, a honing steel, and come-apart shears for daily food preparation. Its full-tang knives use 67-layer proprietary X-7 Damascus steel blades, which are hand sharpened to 16-degree edges for precise cuts. Slate gray G10 fiberglass handles have a single mosaic rivet and provide stable grip points. The gray ash wood block keeps the complete set stored together on the countertop.
