The Cangshan Cutlery 503237 HELENA five-piece knife block set combines three kitchen knives with honing steel and forged shears. Each knife has a full-tang blade forged from high-alloy German X50CrMoV15 steel and hand sharpened to a 16-degree edge. The honing steel helps maintain blade alignment between sharpenings, while ergonomic black handles with stainless steel rivets provide a secure connection. A solid acacia wood block keeps the tools organized on the countertop.
