Cangshan Cutlery 501547 Description
The Cangshan Cutlery 501547 KITA five-piece knife block set combines three full-tang knives with a honing steel and come-apart shears. Each knife features a 67-layer proprietary X-7 Damascus steel blade with a hammered finish and hand-sharpened 16-degree edge. Octagonal blue G10 fiberglass handles provide defined gripping surfaces and resist moisture absorption. The maple wood block has a stainless steel base for organized countertop storage.
