Cangshan Cutlery 501363 Description
The Cangshan Cutlery 501363 YARI five-piece knife block set combines three cutting tools with equipment for blade maintenance and kitchen prep. Each knife has a 67-layer proprietary X-7 Damascus steel blade hand sharpened to a 16-degree edge for precise cutting. Gray G10 fiberglass handles resist moisture and provide stable gripping surfaces. The honing steel maintains blade alignment, while the come-apart shears separate for more direct cleaning. An HUA ash wood block organizes the complete set on the countertop.
