Dudson HN255 Description
Because the Dudson HN255 coupe plate is built with a deep plating area, it can accommodate saucy entrees, pasta, or salad. This 10-inch-diameter piece is made of fully vitrified ceramic—a nonporous, durable material that resists scratching and withstands high-volume use. To ease back-of-house processes, it's also microwave and dishwasher safe, and its rolled edge resists chipping to reduce replacement needs. Its natural-white finish is glazed by hand for a unique, artisanal appearance that doesn't interfere with established decorative themes. To protect stacked dishes against scratches, its foot is pin fired and fully glazed.
