Bread and butter, salad, and desserts can be served on the Dudson HL165 plate, which measures 6 1⁄2 inches in diameter. Its coupe-style body maximizes the plating area, while its hand-applied linen-beige glaze provides an unobtrusive backdrop highlighting plated food. This piece is made of microwave- and dishwasher-safe ceramic that's fully vitrified for lasting durability as well as resistance to water absorption and scratching. Because its foot is pin fired and fully glazed, this piece can be safely stacked with similar plates to organize back-of-house storage areas.
