For drop-in installation, the Tablecraft CW40164 chafer measures 18 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 6 inches high. It has a 4-quart capacity and is designed with a slow-closing, hinged cover to reduce noise at busy catered events or buffet lines. It's heated by a 700-watt electric chafer heater, so it's a safe alternative to using open flame to heat food. In addition to the heater, it also comes with a steam pan and a water basin. This unit is constructed of highly polished stainless steel to provide elegance, durability, and corrosion resistance.
