Great for restaurant use for line oil
Good for small kitchens for using line oil for cooking during service. Teo fit inside of a 9 pan easily. the only problem is the tops are made out of a stiff rubber that wears quickly casuing the seal to be compromised. It woudl be nice if the rubber was softer so it would stick in please longer. Alsok, the two componenets of the top seperate easily, comopromising the seal.
