The Tablecraft 11814 muddler is designed for crushing fruit, herbs, and other ingredients used in cocktail preparation. Constructed of 18/8 stainless steel, the tool supports repeated use during beverage service at bar stations. A netted plastic tip presses ingredients against the bottom of glasses or mixing containers to release juices and flavors used in drink recipes.
