Tablecraft 10473 Description
The Tablecraft 10473 julep strainer separates ice and solid ingredients from mixed beverages during pouring at bar stations and drink preparation counters. Constructed of 18/8 stainless steel, the strainer supports repeated use during cocktail preparation. Its perforated bowl rests inside mixing glasses to guide liquid into serving glasses while retaining ice. A brushed finish covers the surface, and the handle provides control when positioning the strainer during beverage service.
