This stemware dryer and polisher features five spinning soft brushes for drying and polishing at once. A heated, high-speed fan aids in the drying process with an air chimney that focuses airflow. This unit provides quiet and vibration-free operation, and its countertop design means it can be moved as needed.
With a durable design suitable for use in commercial kitchens, the CPI GP5-SILVER five brush stemware dryer/polisher has a solid steel subframe on a constructed base with an impact resistant ABS717 exterior shell. Its fan motor features a separate heating element for easy replacement, while its drive belts are designed to endure for a long lifespan.
