FWE HHS-513-2039 Description
The FWE HHS-513-2039 heated holding shelf is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that's great for high-volume applications. The back is equipped with hold-down brackets that provide security, while the bottom is fitted with 6-inch legs that are adjustable for installation on uneven surfaces. It's built with five tiers to hold a range of packaged product in to-go environments. The 39-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep shelves have an open design that enables customers and delivery drivers to quickly grab carryout orders.
To reduce the risk of burn injury, the FWE HHS-513-2039 self-service holding shelf has an indicator light that signals to employees and customers that the heat is powered on. The temperature can be adjusted from 150 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using electronic controls. The unit heats up in just 15 minutes using blanket elements, which provide consistent heating without hot or cold spots. This structure measures 43 inches wide by 20 1⁄4 inches deep by 64 3⁄4 inches high.
