Stoelting F144-38I2 Description
The Stoelting F144-38I2 soft serve/shake freezer is a combination freezer that is used to make soft serve or frozen yogurt and milkshakes simultaneously. Product is poured into the two 3-gallon hoppers. Gravity pulls the product down into the two 0.85 gallon freezing cylinders where an auger mixes the product until is it frozen. Gravity is used again to send product towards the spigot.
Soft serve or yogurt is dispensed on the left and milkshakes are dispensed on the right. This Stoelting F144-38I2 soft serve/shake freezer is equipped with IntelliTec™, a control panel that uses multiline graphics with text instructions. It tracks and stores statistics and keeps a history log of how much product was dispensed, among other information. You can even connect your machine to Wi-Fi for communication purposes.
