The Stoelting F131-38I2 soft-serve freezer is a countertop model that dispenses two independently controlled flavors and a third twist option using a dual-hopper, dual-barrel design. This configuration maintains output stability during high-volume service periods and supports consistent texture with gravitational dispensing. The unit’s compact footprint helps preserve counter space in small service areas, and a front-facing IntelliTec2™ touchscreen interface enables operators to make real-time adjustments quickly and efficiently.
Equipped with two 3-gallon refrigerated mix hoppers, the Stoelting F131-38I2 soft-serve freezer preserves mix quality between refills and contributes to consistent product temperature. The sealed freezing cylinders, paired with high-torque auger drives and NSF-approved plastic blades, ensure even freezing and smooth dispensing. Its clear dispensing doors provide visibility, while self-closing spigots limit waste during peak periods. The user interface features USB connectivity, product monitoring sensors, and mix-out alerts to streamline daily operation. A dual refrigeration system with two sealed 9,400 BTU/hr compressors uses R404A refrigerant and is air cooled for simplified installation and service.

Tough to get serviced in rural areas.
Use my machine in fast food, about 80 gallons of ice cream a week in the summer. Easy to use and clean. Used machine for 6 years with a small amount of problems. Now it is starting to have lots of problems and I can't find a service tec that I would use within 250 miles. Previously owned another brand comparable maching, which was simple to work on but did not have as fast recovery.
