The Stoelting CW5-37 whipped cream dispenser is just what every ice cream shop needs to create delicious whipped cream. Using this machine is simple; your pour the liquid cream into the hopper and then press the button to dispense whipped cream. The hopper has a 1.3 gallon capacity, and the cream basin is easily removable for changing out product and cleaning. If your cream is too thick or thin, you can change the texture with an overrun adjustment knob.
There are two different settings on this dispenser: manual and timed. You can set a dispensing timer on the electronic control to deliver a consistent portion of whipped cream each time the device is used.
