Vulcan 60SC-6B24CBP Description

The Vulcan 60SC-6B24CBP Endurance™ restaurant range is a four-in-one unit consisting of six burners, a 24-inch-wide charbroiler, a standard oven, and a convection oven to eliminate the need for operators to purchase these units separately. To save space, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high and rests on 6-inch legs that can be raised or lowered for stabilization. Made of stainless steel, its body exudes a sleek, professional appearance that complements other pieces of equipment without sacrificing its durability; this resilient metal resists rust, corrosion, and wear. To add strength, its frame is fully MIG welded, and this LP-gas-powered unit outputs a total of 302,000 BTUs.

With its divided range, chefs can simmer sauces and boil water on the burners and grill proteins on the charbroiler. Each of the six burners has a heavy-duty cast grate that can be lifted off for thorough cleaning. To enhance efficiency, they're built with aeration bowls. While the three front burners are 12 inches by 1212 inches, the rear burners are 12 inches by 1412 inches to support stock pots or large pans. A single shrouded flashtube pilot system powers two burners to minimize gas usage. On the unit's right side, the 24-inch-wide charbroiler is built with four 16,000-BTU burners with supercharger dividers. For both the burners and the charbroiler, operators can adjust burner heat with the cool-to-the-touch knobs.

Operators can bake, roast, rethermalize, or broil different dishes simultaneously in the Vulcan 60SC-6B24CBP restaurant range's standard and convection ovens. While the standard oven uses radiant heat, the convection oven relies on a fan to circulate hot air for a quick, uniform bake. As baking requirements change, operators can set the ovens to their low-heat setting or from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Both ovens feature two racks that can be set in four positions, and their baker's-depth cavities accommodate 18-inch by 26-inch pans when inserted side to side. For safe insertion and removal, the hinged doors feature a spring mechanism that doesn't require adjustment. Because the ovens' bases and door panels are made of porcelain, they simplify the cleaning process.
