The eQuipped R10 gas range has 12-inch-by-12-inch cast iron grates that cover 10 30,000-BTU gas burners that are field convertible from natural gas to LP. Lift-off burner heads make them easy to clean, while control knobs adjust the intensity of the heat. The crumb tray under the burners catches food particles to eliminate messes. There is a stainless steel backriser with a shelf that can hold small equipment like cheese melters and broilers.
In the base of this eQuipped R10 gas range, there are two full-size ovens. Each one accommodates large sheet pans on its adjustable racks, which are removable for cleaning. Accessing the interior is simple with the compression spring system and stay-cool handles. The temperature in the ovens ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
