Traulsen RMC49S4 Description

The Traulsen RMC49S4 milk cooler can hold up to 768 half pints, eight 13-inch-by-19-inch crates, or (12) 12-inch-by-13-inch crates. The cabinet is protected from damage by the dunnage racks that also promote airflow. Cold air is kept in the cabinet with the help of foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The stainless steel construction of the cooler is durable and resists corrosion. The door is also insulated and easily opens thanks to the metal door handles. A floor drain provides an easy way to clean out the interior.

Airflow is evenly circulated thanks to the forced-air refrigeration system that keeps products uniformly chilled. Temperatures range from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and are maintained by the R290 refrigerant. The refrigeration system is mounted on the top of the unit, making it perfect for kitchens that bake frequently and have flour and yeast in the air. The Traulsen RMC49S4 milk cooler has a single opening.
