It holds product at an average temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit and sports independent controls for each shelf. Because the shelves and interior are stainless steel, they're corrosion resistant and simple to clean. To account for sloped or irregular flooring, the Federal VHSS4860C self-service display case is mounted on adjustable leg levelers.
