Staff can monitor and modify temperatures with the accessible controller and thermometer. While integrated high-density foam insulation retains generated temperatures to save energy, the curved air deflector circulates air in front of the products, blocking pests and dirt from entering the unit. To streamline operation and maintenance, this self-contained unit includes a condensate pump and an insulated, rust-resistant evaporator coil compartment.

In the case of uneven surfaces, its leg levelers can be raised or lowered.
