The Perlick 8000B drop-in ice cream freezer is designed to provide convenient frozen storage for ice cream service stations, concession areas, and underbar applications. With a 3-gallon capacity, the unit fits neatly into countertops while maintaining serving temperatures that support efficient scooping and product presentation. The temperature range extends from -15 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit, and the freezer is factory set to 0 degrees Fahrenheit for ice cream service. A removable hinged lid provides quick access to stored product while helping maintain cabinet temperatures during operation.
Constructed with a 20-gauge stainless steel top and lid, the Perlick 8000B ice cream freezer is built to withstand commercial use while simplifying cleaning and maintenance. The compact design can be integrated into compatible ice cream center modules or custom countertop installations, and 2-inch foamed-in-place insulation helps maintain temperature consistency while improving energy efficiency.
