Safe for oven and microwave use, the Libbey DRI-18-G flat coupe plate is made of vitrified porcelain and helps prevent liquid and flavor absorption. Its granite gray appearance is a hallmark of the Driftstone series, which works to highlight the natural colors of the environment. This plate is finished with a satin matte coating to promote a chic, subtle appearance, while its 7 3⁄4-inch diameter is ideal for thick portions of shrimp and grits or pan-seared ahi tuna.
