The Libbey 918 754 butter knife's (formerly known as World Tableware 918 754) solid handle is outlined with a Classic Rim border that creates a sleek, elegant look. Its 18/0 stainless steel construction is durable and contains no nickel, making it safe for users with an allergy to the metal. Without nickel, the knife isn't quite as durable as 18/8 and 18/10 steel knives, but it's more affordable for budget-minded operators. This knife is ideal for spreading toppings such as butter and jelly over bread and measures 6 3⁄4 inches long.
