Libbey 256 5922 Description
With indented, curved lines that contour its handle, the Libbey 256 5922 dessert knife (formerly known as World Tableware 256 5922) has a Cortland pattern, which creates a classic look that pairs well with traditional-style flatware. This 9-inch-long knife is intended to slice soft desserts, such as cheesecake, and its fluted blade prevents product from clinging to its sides. Constructed of 18/0 stainless steel, this knife contains 18 percent chrome and no nickel. Despite being less expensive than 18/10 and 18/8 stainless steel, it's durable enough to withstand daily use in high-traffic restaurants.
