Pitco VF-35S Description
The Pitco VF-35S gas fryer is positioned on 9-inch legs that can be adjusted as needed for comfort. With a stainless steel tank, front, sides, and door, this unit is durable enough to withstand high-volume use without corroding or denting. While the millivolt controls are adjustable between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, if the temperature reaches an unsafe limit, a safety switch turns off the gas flow for protection. Operated with a standing pilot light, the gas control valve shuts off the unit if the flame goes out.
The tank of the Pitco VF-35S gas fryer holds 35 pounds of oil, while a drain valve simplifies emptying. So it doesn't get clogged with food particles, this unit comes with a rod for cleaning out the drain. Because it has two twin fry baskets, employees can simultaneously cook onion rings in one basket and mozzarella sticks in the other.
