Pitco SSH75 Description
The front, sides, back and tank of the Pitco SSH75 Solstice Supreme™ commercial fryer are constructed of sturdy, rust-resistant stainless steel. Its removable basket hanger enables operators to clean the unit's exterior thoroughly. This fryer's full port valve and boil-out mode simplify draining and cleaning the frypot when it's time to replace the oil.
With a capacity of 75 pounds, the Pitco SSH75 gas fryer is ideal for use in busy environments with a high demand for french fries, breaded chicken, and hash browns. It features a melt cycle that operators can use to heat solid shortening safely without it burning or scorching. This unit is mounted on 10-inch legs, so operators can clean underneath it quickly.
