For reliable heat transfer and swift temperature recovery, the Pitco SSH55 Solstice Supreme™ deep fryer features efficient Solstice burner technology. Its self-cleaning burner keeps the unit running smoothly and reduces labor costs. This fryer has two twin tanks, each with an oil capacity of 20 to 25 pounds.
The Pitco SSH55 gas fryer features a removable basket hanger to facilitate thorough cleaning. Its tank, front, sides, and back are constructed of durable stainless steel that doesn't sustain rust or dents. This unit features an integrated flue deflector and is mounted on 10-inch adjustable legs.
